Thursday March 24th join us for our first Celebrating Women in Beer – Paired Dinner at Free House.
Free House, will host Alberta female Brewers & Beer industry leaders Natasha Peiskar of Establishment Brewing, Bobbi Cullum of Troubled Monk, Andi Kowalski and Shivani Mukerji of Toolshed Beer, and Christina Owzarek of Xhale Brew Co for a panel discussion & paired four-course dinner.
Joining these five women, leading the helm in the kitchen will be Erin Vrba and Amanda Rizzo from our sister Restaurant Bonterra Trattoria. In the front of house join our AGM Grace Schofield as well as our talented team Libby, Marie, Tasha, Nikita, Maddie and Savanah.
The evening features a four course dinner (menu below) including a welcome beer and four craft beer pairings that will not disappoint!
When you purchase your tickets, we will reserve a table for you with the number of tickets your purchased. If you plan on meeting someone else here and would like to sit with them please let us know so we can set up the tables accordingly.
Tickets are $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.

Ceviche – belgium endive & butterleaf lettuce, shrimp, scallops, trout
Second Course
Mushroom Risotto – roasted mushroom, brown butter, blakiston cheddar
Third Course
Braised Short Rib – celery root puree, gremolata
Fourth Course
Dark Chocolate Pudding – hazelnuts, sea salt
